L.A.D Slab was born from three generations of flavour, fire and flapjack. My Grandad, Ian Alder, passed down a simple oat recipe that turned into something bigger than breakfast. My dad, Lister Paige, inspired me to chase what I love and put my heart into every bake. And me, I'm Gareth Duncombe, the lucky one who gets to bring their legacy to life in every golden slab.
