Refund & Returns Policy

At L.A.D Slab, we take great pride in the quality of our flapjacks. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of food items once they have been delivered.

Returns

As our flapjacks are food products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for orders where:

  • You change your mind after delivery.
  • You have ordered the wrong product.
  • You no longer want the product after it has been delivered.
  • The product has been opened, consumed, or stored incorrectly after delivery.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Incorrect
  • Missing items
  • Not fit for consumption

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing gareth@ladslab.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the problem where applicable

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer:

  • A replacement product
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate with our delivery partner.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
